In any case, please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the delivery, by email verkauf@stallprofi.ch if you would like to exchange your order, return it or report warranty and production errors.

You can exchange unworn and unused goods within 10 days, the postage costs are at your expense. All custom-made and remaining stock items are excluded from exchange. Please inform us within 5 days by email to: verkauf@stallprofi.ch if you would like an exchange.

 

Please send all items that you would like to exchange together with a copy of the original delivery note and the information about the exchange (new size/model etc.) directly and well packaged by post to:

We stand behind the quality of our products. If you notice any production errors when you receive the delivery, please take photos and send them to us immediately by email along with the order number and your contact details to: verkauf@stallprofi.ch
