General Terms and Conditions (GTC) for the STALLPROFI online shop
1. Scope
These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all orders and contracts concluded via the STALLPROFI online shop (https://www.stallprofi.ch/). The online shop "STALLPROFI" (https://www.stallprofi.ch/) is operated by dpro Hänni GmbH, Rosswiesstrasse 29, 8608 Bubikon (hereinafter referred to as "Seller").
2. Offer and conclusion of contract
2.1 The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to place an order.
2.2 By submitting the order, the customer makes a binding offer to conclude a purchase contract for the products contained in the shopping cart.
2.3 The purchase contract is concluded as soon as the Seller accepts the order by sending an order confirmation by email or dispatches the goods.
3. Prices and shipping costs
3.1 All prices are quoted in Swiss francs (CHF).
3.2 Shipping costs are added to the prices quoted. Shipping costs are CHF 9.90 for A-Post (1-3 working days). Delivery is free of charge for orders over CHF 199.
4. Delivery
4.1 Delivery is only available within Switzerland.
4.2 The delivery time is usually 1-3 working days, unless otherwise stated.
5. Terms of payment
5.1 Payment is made in advance or using other payment methods offered in the online shop.
5.2 The seller reserves the right to exclude certain payment methods in individual cases.
6. Exchanges and returns
6.1 The customer has the right to exchange or return unworn and unused goods within 10 days. The customer bears the shipping costs for returns.
6.2 All shoes, rubber boots, work gloves, helmets and visors, custom-made products, clearance items, and promotional items are excluded from exchange.
6.3 Please inform us as soon as possible, but no later than 5 days after receipt of the delivery, by email to verkauf@stallprofi.chif you wish to exchange your order, return an item, or report a warranty or manufacturing defect.
6.4 The goods must be returned, together with a copy of the original delivery note and details of the exchange (new size/model, etc.), well packaged to the following address:

7. Warranty
7.1 The seller stands behind the quality of its products. If manufacturing defects are found upon receipt of the delivery, the customer is obligated to immediately email photos of the defects together with the order number and their contact details to verkauf@stallprofi.ch .
7.2 The seller will discuss the next steps with the customer after examining the defects.
8. Retention of title
The goods remain the property of the seller until full payment has been received.
9. Data protection
Information on data protection can be found in the seller's privacy policy at https://www.stallprofi.ch/datenschutz .
10. Applicable law and place of jurisdiction
10.1 Swiss law applies exclusively.
10.2 The place of jurisdiction for all disputes arising from or in connection with the contractual relationship is the registered office of dpro Hänni GmbH.
